Each year, a select number of Graduate Assistant positions are available in the Department of Theatre for full-time, Theatre graduate students.

Graduate Assistantships are competitively selected from qualified applicants who have been fully admitted by the graduate school and remain in good academic standing. Graduate Assistants typically assist with Theatre and/or Speech classes and provide valuable assistance for the production of plays at the University Playhouse. Students who qualify as Graduate Teaching Assistants (GATs) may receive tuition remission, or payment of their University tuition, as part of their compensation.
